If you have a disagreement with the terms and conditions presented here, then you are not permitted to use or access this site. The term “You” refers to you, the user, together with any company or other business entity you are representing.

The ownership and management of ZenTrucking.com reserves the right to update, amend or change the terms and conditions at anytime, without notice, and you agree to be bound by future changes until you cancel your membership.

Sign up/Registration:

Upon registration with ZenTrucking.com, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete contact information, and to update that information if and when it changes.

If you fail to do so, we have the right to close your account with ZenTrucking.com.  and without notice.

You will choose a password as part of the registration process. It is your responsibility to make this password strong, and to keep this password confidential. If you find out that your password or account is being used by someone without your consent, or you discover any other breach of security, you must notify us immediately through the Support Help Desk.

Abuse:

If upon auditing of your account, it is determined to be abused, given away, or exploited, the account will be canceled without notice. Although you are allowed to download products additional times if necessary, if it becomes apparent that the same products are continually accessed and downloaded, your account may be flagged for abuse, and/or similarly canceled without notice.

Contact:

Upon signing up, you also agree to receive emails, updates, offers, and announcements from ZenTrucking.com until the cancellation of your membership.

Limitation of Liability:

Under no circumstances shall ZenTrucking.com, it’s ownership, management, partners, or affiliates be liable to any member due to that member’s use or misuse of the services provided. Arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter hereof such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (negligence included), or otherwise. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether damages arise from use or misuse of ZenTrucking.com resources, membership, and/or services, from inability to use the site services, or from the interruption, suspension or termination of the site services (including damages incurred by third parties).

This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services and/or goods received through or advertised on ZenTrucking.com, or received through any third party sites, as well as any information or product received through or advertised.

Warranty:

ZenTrucking.com does not provide warrant nor guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or downloaded materials error-free, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. ZenTrucking.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not ZenTrucking.com.) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction.

No Guarantee of Income:

ZenTrucking.com makes no guarantee, expressed or otherwise, of income, or results from using its products, services, recommendations or any partner services.

Member Agreement:

Follow all of your local, province/state, national and international laws and regulations.

Be responsible for all information and data that occur under your account or password,

You also agree NOT to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ZenTrucking.com’s members site or services, other member accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to ZenTrucking.com.

Collect information about others without their consent.

Provide false information on your registration form, impersonate any person living or dead, or otherwise attempt to mislead others about your identity or affiliation with a person or entity or the origin of a message or other communication.

Transmit junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited bulk e-mail or duplicate messages.

Third Party Sites:

You may gain access to partner merchants or other third party sites through products or links from this site. You are cautioned to read such sites’ Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policies before using such sites in order to be aware of the terms and conditions of your use of such sites.

Third party sites are not under the control of ZenTrucking.com, nor are either monitored or reviewed by ZenTrucking.com. ZenTrucking.com is neither aware of the content provided by these sites, nor responsible for the actions of third party site owners.

You acknowledge that ZenTrucking.com is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the contents or any transmissions received through third party sites.

You agree that ZenTrucking.com, it’s management, or ownership, have no liability whatsoever from such third party sites and your usage of them.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by United States law, and those of the state of Georgia. No action or proceeding may be commenced or maintained in relation to the site, the Services or these Terms except in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby irrevocably agree to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your ZenTrucking.com membership at anytime. The act of canceling can be made via email, inside the member’s area or via the Support Help Desk. However, the act of canceling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be no refunds for that payment. Cancellation requests must contain your name, user name, email address, and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be processed and you are liable for all membership fees until ZenTrucking.com receives required information.

ZenTrucking.com reserves the right to cancel any member account for reasons of abuse, terms of service violations, or damaging acts against the site, its members, or its partners, and Management’s sole discretion.

Cancellations are final.

Refunds:

Your purchase of any membership, product, or service provided by ZenTrucking.com is covered by our 100% satisfaction money back guarantee policy. You may cancel your paid membership access within 30 days after your purchase. ZenTrucking.com will issue refund your purchase and remove your entire access to the member’s area or membership level permanently.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing, contact the support desk, management will then investigate the matter and issue a full refund if deemed necessary.
